Louisa was instrumental in securing a range of materials and guest speakers which took our mentees on a journey of self-discovery through reflection, discussion and mutual support. Our mentees took turns organising the sessions and worked through a range of challenging and at times difficult issues. This gave them the opportunity, to be honest with themselves about their goals and how they might set about realising them.
It was immensely rewarding to see our mentees grow in confidence and maturity over the months as they learnt from each other and themselves. Louisa brought a huge amount of commitment and enthusiasm to the Circle to the lasting benefit of all who took part.
